All Paul's Warehouse orders are delivered by courier direct to your door. If the delivery to your door is not possible we will endeavor to deliver the item as close as possible. When placing your order please select a suitable shipping address as all courier services require a signature upon delivery of all parcels.
If you are not home when courier arrives, they will leave a card (in your letterbox or doorstep) with several details upon it. This will include the Parcel Consignment Number. For Oversized/Overweighed item's being couriered by TNT Transport. If you are not home when courier arrives, they will leave a card (in your letterbox or doorstep) with several details upon it. Paul's Warehouse utilizes Australia Post for items under 5kg. TNT Transport are used for all items above 5kg or Oversized / Overweighed items.
All items presented online are available at the time of activation. Every effort is made by Paul's Warehouse to accurately display correct quantities but due to unforeseen circumstances some items may not available at time of purchase.

Orders are usually processed/dispatched within 2-10 full business days. Delivery times may vary according to the location of your shipping address if not in a metropolitan area.
Excess weight items above 10kg generally take anywhere between 3-10 working days depending on where in Australia the item is to be delivered.

Paul's Warehouse is charging a flat-rate fee of $10 independent of the amount of items. Please note that an additional shipping charge will be added for Heavy/Oversized Items after the purchase. We will contact you with the best quote.

Reasons For Order Delays
- Incorrect address or address with no-one to sign for parcel.
