Item Availability
All items presented online are available at the time of activation. Every effort is made by Pauls Warehouse to accurately display correct quantities but due to unforeseen circumstances some items may not available at time of purchase.
Ordering Process
Items are shipped once the item is confirmed, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until you order has being located and confirmed.
Orders should be processed within 1-2 full business days, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for delivery within Australia for items under 10kg. Delivery times may vary according to the location of your shipping address. Excess weight items generally take anywhere between 3-10 working days depending on where in Australia the item is to be delivered. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia .
Delivery Method
All Paul's Warehouse orders are delivered by courier directly to your door. Where a delivery to your door is not possible we will do our best to get the item as close as possible. If you are not home when the courier arrives, they will leave a card (in your letterbox or on your doorstep) with several details on it. It will have their contact number on it so you can call the company and arrange a time when you will be available to sign for your goods.
Please note that if an item is not in stock or needs to come from another store or be ordered in you will be notified within 48 hours and delivery will be delayed by approximately 3-5 days. These figures are also based on delivery times to major capital cities and their greater residential areas. Deliveries outside these areas may take slightly longer.
Delivery Charges
The cost of delivery can vary depending on the weight of an order, the destination for the order. Order total including shipping fee is calculated after registration/login but before a payment method is selected. Calculated amount is displayed under the "Your Cart" section (top right of screen). Shipping fee is calculated based on postcode.
How to check on the progression of your order
Pauls Warehouse utilizes many different courier companies in order to expedite the item as quick as possible to our customers. We use Fastway, Australian Air Express and Australia Post for items under 10kg. Hunter Express and TNT Transport are used for all items above 10kg or large bulky items.
Once your order has been shipped, you the customer will be sent an email to your nominated email address of your order's completion. This will contain a tracking number.
To identify a Fastway Consignment note look at the start of the provided number, if there is one number and one letter then your item was sent via Fastway Couriers. i.e.: 1A000012345 or quite possibly it will contain two letters. i.e.: AB000012345. Fastway consignment notes always contain 9 digits after the initial two letters or numbers. To track a Fastway consignment please visit www.fastway.com.au
To identify an Australian Air Express item there will be a combination of 1 number, 2 letters, 5 numbers. i.e.: 2CQ00027. To track a Australian Air Express consignment please visit www.aae.com.au
To identify an Australian Post Express item there will be a combination of two letters and 7 numbers. i.e.: SN1234567. To track Post items please contact your local post office or 13 11 18.

Cancelling Your Order
There are two stages at which you may cancel your order from Paul's Warehouse without being charged for the goods. You can call our customer service centre on (02) 8762 4106 or email orders@paulswarehouse.com.au
- After the order has been placed, but before being dispatched
Email or call our Customer Service Centre requesting that your order be cancelled. Please provide your name, order number and daytime contact number. If the order has not yet been dispatched, the order will be cancelled and you will be notified.
- After the order has been despatched
You may refuse to accept delivery of the items when the courier arrives. The packaging must not be opened and goods must not be signed for. You must also email or call our Customer Service Centre as mentioned above, requesting that your order be cancelled. Please note that once you have signed for the goods, the order cannot be cancelled.
Please also note that once the item has been dispatched we do not refund or credit the freight charges.
